Meet Dr. Andrew Keinroth

Dr. Andrew Keinroth grew up in Independence, Iowa, and has always been passionate about health, movement, and helping others perform at their best. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University before attending the world-renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated with honors.

Committed to providing the highest level of care, Dr. Keinroth continues to advance his education through ongoing training and specialized certifications. His treatment approach combines chiropractic care with evidence-based movement assessment and rehabilitation strategies to help patients move better, feel better, and perform at their highest potential.

Dr. Keinroth utilizes a variety of treatment techniques, including the Palmer Package, Activator Method, FAKTR (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation), cupping therapy, and Nimmo Trigger Point Therapy. This diverse skill set allows him to tailor treatment plans to each patient's unique needs and goals.

In addition to his chiropractic training, Dr. Keinroth is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA Levels 1 & 2), Functional Movement Systems (FMS Levels 1 & 2), Y-Balance Testing, and Functional Capacity Screening (FCS). These advanced movement assessment systems help identify underlying movement limitations, asymmetries, and performance barriers, allowing for more personalized and effective treatment plans.

As a lifelong golfer who has been playing since the age of two, Dr. Keinroth has a special interest in helping golfers improve their performance. By combining movement analysis, strength and conditioning principles, and golf-specific assessments, he helps golfers increase mobility, strength, power, and efficiency to maximize their potential on the course.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Keinroth is passionate about fitness and believes in leading by example. He strives to move his body every day and is committed to practicing the same healthy habits he encourages in his patients.
